Writer, executive producer, and showrunner Marti Noxon's work spans from the provocative to the iconic. After cutting her teeth writing on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, Noxon lent her voice to revered dramas such as Brothers & Sisters, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, and Mad Men before creating the series UnREAL, Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce, Dietland, and her latest, the HBO limited series Sharp ObjectsOn the feature side, Noxon wrote the screenplays for I Am Number Four and Fright Night, as well as her feature directorial debut To the Bone

On this special evening, Noxon shares her writing and creative process, the lessons she's learned as a showrunner, and what she looks for when hiring writers in her room.
