  2. Online Conversation: Writing in the Age of Streaming
We at the WGF may have hit a pause on our live events, but thanks to technology, we’re aiming to provide more access to advice and knowledge from film and TV writers while we’re all social distancing. Over the next few weeks, we’re hosting free Zoom panels about craft and all things relevant to writers.

For this session, join writers and showrunners Marta Kauffman (Grace and Frankie, Friends) and Veena Sud (The Stranger, The Killing) for a discussion on developing shows for streaming services, how new technology has impacted storytelling, and what essential skills are good to develop for writers and producers.

Panel begins at 4:00pm Pacific Time.

Space is limited so RSVP now. After signing up, you’ll receive information on how to access the Zoom panel.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at events@wgfoundation.org.

For anyone who was unable to RSVP for the panel, we will record and post them at a later date.

In Support of The Writers Guild Foundation
Founded in 1966, the Writers Guild Foundation is the premier resource for emerging writers and movie and TV lovers in Hollywood. Boasting a busy calendar of high-value events and a vast, seemingly bottomless toolbox for writers, the Foundation is unmatched in its mission to promote and preserve the craft, history, and voices of screen storytelling.  A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we’re proud of all we do for the community, including our Veterans Writing Project and our Writers' Access Support Staff Training Program, our Volunteer and Mentorship Programs, our Archive, and the Shavelson-Webb Library – the world’s only library devoted entirely to writing for the screen.
