Join us for a special edition of WGF Library Script Breakdown, co-presented by the WGAW LGBTQ+ Writers Committee. We'll celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hedwig and the Angry Inch with its writer, director and star John Cameron Mitchell!
In this virtual event series, WGF Librarians Javier Barrios and Lauren O'Connor take a meticulous look at film and TV scripts with the writers who wrote them to learn about description, dialogue, character voice and more. With pages on screen, we'll dissect the Hedwig script, learning all about John's process for adapting the stage musical into a screenplay.
Following the conversation, we'll officially induct the script into the WGF's Library Collection.
The Zoom webinar starts at 4:00 pm PT. After signing up, you’ll receive information on how to access the Zoom session.
